Tuesday Tuesday. What’s up brother? You know what that means. Maybe you do, maybe you don’t, but it is Tuesday and it’s Tuesday afternoon, like around five o’clock. So I figured I’d give you. An update because you know what today is. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It’s Tuesday. But it’s also one week taking the X 39 patches.
And I figured instead of coming to you in the morning, when I’m fresh out of bed, I come to you in the afternoon, like around the five o’clock central standard time. To show you that, Hey. Big changes are still in play. So tons of energy, noticing a whole bunch of different other stuff, as well as no pain. Still no pain. Still haven’t had pain still haven’t experienced any pain. shoulders or back different chair.
So wheelchair is in storage. Hopefully it will stay there. And walking the dogs for the little walkies. And if you don’t know, Bentley and Lucchese aren’t little. They’re pretty amazing.English. White. Labradors, and they’re kind of big and they’re kind of powerful. So no problems with that.
I’m walking a lot of faster and I feel a lot different. had a pretty great weekend. And total activity level up bike is out ready to get some more riding in and had lunch with a friend on Friday. And she totally noticed a difference. noticed a difference in my personality as well as my ability to get up, move, whatever.
No problem.
So. Totally having a thrilling day. And this is one. week. One week mark. And no problemo. So it’s still rocking along with it. So, if you haven’t been kind of following me, then you don’t know that I’ve kind of been in pain for 14 years and I’ve been kind of really good. I mean after 14 years, you got to get pretty good about, you know, disguising some things, but you know, you probably have your energy level to here.
It’s not all the way up here because you’re still fighting, not feeling good. And you’re still trying to deal with the pain, but then trying to put your best foot forward. And when you teach or you’re doing anything in front of people, you don’t want them to pay. For you not feeling good.
I don’t want to subject them to it. And I plus I haven’t really wanted people to think that I was broken or there was something wrong with me. So that was been another thing that’s really been weighing on my heart, but now it’s completely different. Completely lighter, completely feeling a whole lot better.
And again, 14 years is kind of a while to deal with that. No, my back problems aren’t gone, but. It may be doing something to making it kind of feel like it’s gone. I’m not like paying bills, staying away from the gabapentin. Oh, It’s not here. It’s it’s a bathroom. I should have the Gabapentin.
And so you can see the big shaky shaky of things that I have to keep with me in case I started having back problems so that I could get to the car or move from one chair to another, because I have gone through the times of strategically placing chairs, you know, every two feet or something or three feet and pulling all the ones out from under the dining room.
So I can go from chair to chair just to get around. And that’s what I’m trying to walk. And I still. I have the habit of, when I get up in the morning, taking this hand and putting it on the nightstand and going to brace myself as I get up. And not really having to do that. So still be getting up.
Great sleeping. Great. Totally different. Can’t recommend it enough and I am thrilled. And apparently I’ve been saying a lot. You just can’t help, but to feel great and you can’t help to. Uh, have a different personality when everything feels good. So I guess I’ve been jealous of all the people who haven’t been hurting all these years. ’cause now I’m like back to experiencing it and it’s been a while. So hope you had a amazing holiday weekend. I was going to record my video yesterday, but then decided, Hey, you know, tomorrow is the one. Kind of the one week mark.
So I might as well just wait a day. And kind of do that. So. Not going to wait that long to record another one because I’m having fun doing it. And I’m having fun trying to report back and I’m keeping a little diary of it. So, but no pain, no pain, no pain is going to boring to read. But anyway, y’all have a great rest of the day.
Thanks.
